Eucalyptus erythrocorys (Illyarrie) premium framed canvas by Australian Flora.
 
Emerging from the shadows and illuminated by the light of the morning sun, these are the striking yellow flowers of Eucalyptus erythrocorys - commonly known as Illyarrie, the Red-capped gum or Helmet nut gum. A small, open-crowned mallee from Western Australia, Illyarrie grows to around 6-8 metres high.
 
From autumn to winter each year, this beautiful specimen produces a captivating floral display, as enormous, red-capped buds open to reveal bright yellow blossoms, set in a unique cross-shaped pattern.
