Want to purchase a gift card for a loved one or yourself? Simply head to https://www.australianflora.com.au/gift-card and follow the steps below: 1. Select your preferred amount 2. Enter your recipient's details 3. Set when you want the card delivered 4. Add your own personal message, and pay. After completing checkout, you will receive an email to confirm the purchase. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

The gift card recipient will receive an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (sender's name)". Their unique gift card code also appears in the email.

To redeem an e-gift card, select the products you wish to purchase and go to Checkout. In the checkout page, click Redeem a gift card and enter your unique gift card code. If the order amount is less than the gift card amount, any left over credit can be used in future purchases. If the order amount is more than the value of the gift card, you can pay for the remaining cost using your other payment methods.

All framed artworks and prints at Australian Flora are insured against damage and we take full responsibility to make sure your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged parcel and contents. Once your request is processed, a replacement will be arranged for you promptly at no extra cost.

Shipping is FREE Australia-wide for all framed artworks and photography prints. All orders are securely packed and tracked to ensure they are safely delivered to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY is now available on all photography prints and sets for a flat rate of AUD$60, regardless of the number of prints in your order. ​

All photography PRINTS and SETS are now available for worldwide delivery, at a flat rate of AUD$60 per order regardless of the number of items. Premium framed artworks are currently only available for delivery within Australia.

FRAMED WALL ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS: All products at Australian Flora are made from quality materials and we are proud to offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it* in original condition for a refund. * Please note: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the purchase is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Due to the instant nature of the purchase, we do not offer returns for digital downloads. GIFT CARDS: As each gift card comes with its own unique code for the recipient, gift cards are not refundable.
